US President Donald Trump on Saturday shared an AI-generated music video celebrating himself on his Truth social platform and later reposted a message from the song’s creator, who said he was proud to receive the president’s endorsement. The song, credited to Anthony Constantino, a Trump-backed Republican congressional candidate from New York, repeatedly praises the US President and claims that he is admired around the world. The minute-long track features Trump’s name dozens of times and includes lyrics that claim people in countries ranging from Mexico and Italy to China and India “love Donald Trump.”The AI-generated music video accompanying the song consists of a series of fictional and exaggerated images of Trump. These show Trump paragliding, standing on the moon in a spacesuit, riding a camel, riding a lion, driving down a road in India on a motorcycle, posing near the Leaning Tower of Pisa and eating pizza with his face exposed.
Trump reposted the creator’s message
Later in a separate Truth Social post, Trump shared Constantino’s response, who welcomed the president’s endorsement of the song.“I’m proud to be endorsed by President Trump who I wrote this song about,” Constantino wrote in a post shared by Trump. The song appears to be the latest example of AI-generated content circulating in Trump’s online classroom.US Presidents have frequently used Truth Social to share memes, videos, and supporter-generated content, particularly content highlighting their political image and popularity. The video immediately gained attention online due to its unusual visuals and the song’s repetitive lyrics, which focused almost entirely on praising Trump.
