according to ANIAccording to the suit filed by VK Dubey Associates, Pooja Entertainment has sought immediate injunctive relief to stop the release, distribution, exhibition, streaming and further commercial exploitation of the film along with all promotional materials containing the disputed songs.
The production house has also demanded removal of songs from the film and changing the title.
talking to ANIBhagnani’s lawyers said, “We have sued Tips Music Company with a claim of Rs 400 crore. The legal battle has been escalating for several days and the rights of the composers were not ready to be compromised. Earlier the rights of films were based on agreements. Today, music companies buy songs from big producers or lyricists who write or compose them.”
The lawyer further said that Pooja Entertainment had issued a notice to Tips Industries canceling the audio rights granted earlier, effectively barring the company from using the song in the upcoming film.
