Actor-politician Ravi Kishan has filed a complaint against a person for allegedly spreading false and defamatory statements aimed at damaging his public image and reputation. They have demanded a speedy and impartial investigation into the matter, strict legal action against those involved and preventive steps to stop such abusive campaigns in future.

It has been said quoting the FIR lodged by the police ANI“The individual or group is circulating highly objectionable, false, misleading and defamatory statements against the MP publicly in the entire Gorakhpur area. These actions are being done with the specific intention of causing serious damage to his social reputation, political image and personal reputation.”

The complaint further said that several comments about Ravi Kishan were being shared in a “deliberate and premeditated manner” through social media platforms, public gatherings and other mediums. It described the claims as baseless, misleading and completely devoid of factual support.

“The objective behind these statements is to tarnish the image of Ravi Kishan in the eyes of the public and create a malicious atmosphere against him. The purpose of the false stories being spread is to completely defame the MP politically and socially by undermining his credibility,” the complaint said.

Kishan has also demanded a speedy and impartial investigation and preventive measures to stop such alleged malicious campaigns in future.
