Dacoit: A Love Story performed disappointingly throughout its theatrical run. The romantic action drama, starring Adivi Shesh and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles, made its journey at the box office earning Rs. Earned Rs 41.25 crore in India.
Directed by Shenil Dev, the film collected approximately Rs. 28 crores from Telugu states. Out of this approximately Rs. Rs 15.50 crore came from Nizam. 11 crore from Andhra, while CEED received approximately Rs. Contributed. 1.50 crores. Outside his home turf, the dacoit lost around Rs. Rs 8.50 crore from North India. Rs 4 crore from Karnataka. Rest of the Indian markets collected around Rs. Contributed. 50 lakhs to tally.
The film starring Adivi Shesh proved to be a flop at the box office. It received average reception among the audience. Had the film received positive response it would have performed better at the ticket window. The film is set to stream online this weekend. It will be interesting to see whether it impresses the audience during its digital debut or not.
