Gaurav Gera recently shared how stalwartThe most famous lines of, “Darling darling, why did you break my heart?,” was finalised. He revealed that it emerged from a list of quirky choices suggested by director Aditya Dhar during the preparation phase of the film. The actor offered fans a glimpse of the creative process behind the now-viral dialogue.

Gera shared a screenshot on Instagram showing several funny and rhyming lines that were sent to him before the shoot. These options showed how different ideas were tried out before negotiations were finalised.

As Gaurav shared, the alternative rather than the coveted milk soda The dialogues were, “Sister’s horse entered the gathering ‘Pielo Pielo Alam Doodh Soda’ ‘Eat the chick that came out of the egg, eat the cream melon’ ‘If one breaks your heart, give the other one Alam fruit shake’ ‘You have failed in love, drink pistol pineapple’ ‘Drink Amla, make a deal Juhi Chawla’ The hammer has fallen on iron Pielo Alam Doodh Soda (sic).”

Sharing the post, he credited Aditya Dhar for the final version and wrote, “People often ask me who made it ‘Darling darling why did you break my heart’ Done by @AdityadharFilms. Dhar saab had sent me these options to learn before the shooting but during the shooting we did ‘Darling Darling’. Which one do you think is the best?”
