Margao Express sequel: Actor Divyendu shares big update
Actor Divyendu has confirmed that the sequel to Margao Express is currently in the works. He revealed that Kunal Khemu is writing the script.
Actor Divyendu has confirmed the sequel Madgaon Express Work is officially underway, with director Kunal Khemu currently developing the script. The 2024 comedy, which stars Pratik Gandhi and Avinash Tiwari alongside Divyendu, received a strong response from the audience, and the film’s writer-director Kemmu is now set to expand its story.
Divyendu expressed his excitement by confirming that the much-awaited sequel is going ahead.

“Yes, it’s on. It’s definitely on. Kunal (Kemmu) is working on the script. We are all very, very excited,” Divyendu said in an exclusive interview. Variety India. He further explained how the audience’s love and reception played a major role in motivating the makers for the sequel.
He said, “The kind of response we got for Margao (Express) was great… I mean it has a cultish kind of following. I wouldn’t use the word ‘cult’ because it’s very new. It still has to evolve and age well. But yes, people are really excited about that film.”
