Release date announced for Kajal Aggarwal, Shreyas Talpade’s The India Story
Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade’s upcoming film The India Story has officially locked its theatrical release. The makers unveiled a new poster and shared that the film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Actors Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade are ready to come into limelight. The India StoryAnd the makers have now officially announced the release date of the film. On Monday, April 27, the team revealed that the film will be released in theaters on July 24, 2026.
Sharing the announcement on Instagram, the makers unveiled a new poster and wrote, “Poison was never alone in the fields. It was in the silence. #TheIndiaStory, Slow Poison is in progress. Coming to theaters on 24th July 2026. Releasing in 3 languages #Hindi #Tamil #Telugu (sic).”

Directed by Chetan DK, The India Story Pesticides explores the consequences of chemical misuse in farming. The film aims to highlight the dangers caused by systemic failures and focus on the need for strict regulations to prevent such massive losses.
The project is co-produced by Sumit Bagde, Anita Jadhav, Vinayak Saidani, Kalpesh Shah, Devyani Khorate and Prem Joshi.
The film has been shot by Nishant Bhagwat, while the music has been composed by Mangesh Dhakade and the lyrics have been written by Shakeel Azmi.
With its socially relevant themes and multilingual releases, The India Story Preparations are being made for a theatrical release later this year.
