The film received positive response from both fans and critics, with Junaid earning a lot of praise for his acting skills. In a recent interview, Junaid revealed who according to him is the greatest actor in the family.

In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel Junaid Khan, the Maharaj actor revealed that he believes his father’s ex-wife and director Kiran Rao is a better actor than his father Aamir Khan.
Junaid praised Rao’s acting skills, saying that she is “probably the best actress in the family.” When asked specifically about Aamir Khan, Junaid maintained his stance, saying “Kiran is definitely the best actress in the family.”
Junaid recalled an incident when the director of The Missing Ladies played his mother during the auditions for Laal Singh Chaddha. He said that he “actually worked with her on the test for Laal Singh Chaddha.”

Khan commented on his father’s comment that he travels by bus or other public transport instead of using his car. In an interview with Connect Cine, Junaid revealed that papa (Aamir Khan) makes small things into a big deal and added that he travels in the most efficient way possible.
He often takes a rickshaw in Mumbai as it is easier to get around and one doesn’t have to worry about parking.” In a previous interview, the Lagaan actor had revealed that Junaid doesn’t allow him to buy a car as he prefers using public transport instead of owning his own car.

Talking about work, the Maharaj actor has recently completed the shooting of his second film with South actress Sai Pallavi. The film is backed by Aamir Khan’s production house.
Junaid also has another romantic comedy with Khushi Kapoor in the pipeline, although details haven’t been officially revealed yet. Reports suggest that the two have completed the first leg of the shoot in Mumbai and are heading to the Delhi NCR region for the second leg.
