In my recent interview PeopleAnne used the phrase “Inshallah” when contemplating life and longevity. While promoting the film, she reflected on her changing perspective on aging and her journey in the film industry and revealed that at the age of 43, she has adopted a calmer outlook and no longer feels the same emotional extremes as before.
“At the end of the day, I value the cold,” she said, adding that she now looks at each new decade with curiosity rather than apprehension. In a candid moment, Hathaway commented, “I want a long, healthy life, Inshallah. I hope so.”
Anne Hathaway will next reprise her role as Andy Sachs The Devil Wears Prada 2, Reuniting with Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt. This film is going to be released in theaters on May 1.
Coming almost two decades after the original, the sequel brings back its iconic cast, increasing the anticipation surrounding its release.
