The OnePlus 12R Sunset Dune colour model is priced at Rs 42,999, which is for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The device will go on sale starting July 20. There will be an instant discount of Rs 3,000 on purchases made with ICICI and OneCard credit cards. Interested buyers will be able to get a pair of OnePlus Buds 3 at no additional cost with the OnePlus 12R Sunset Dune model.
OnePlus 12R Specifications and Features
The OnePlus 12R sports a 6.78-inch Oriental AMOLED LTPO screen that operates at 1264 x 2780 pixels resolution. The panel has a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, a touch sampling rate of 2160Hz, and an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. The display supports HDR and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 coating. The device has an aluminum alloy metal middle frame and a glass body at the back.
The OnePlus 12R aka Ace 3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which was used in many flagship phones of 2023. It can have up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of storage using UFS 4.0 technology. The device runs on the latest Android 14 OS software.
In terms of photography, the OnePlus Ace 3 features a triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 with an f/1.8 lens and optical image stabilisation (OIS). The camera array also includes an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 lens. For selfies and videos, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens on the front.
The OnePlus 12R aka Ace 3 packs a massive 5,500mAh battery and also supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. There doesn’t seem to be any IP68 rating.
