After Veera Dheera Suran in 2025, Chiyaan Vikram is yet to start shooting for his next film. While Chiyaan63 was announced with director Bodhi Rajkumar, it now appears that the actor may once again collaborate with Iru Mugan director Anand Shankar.
Chiyaan Vikram to reunite with director Bodi Rajkumar?
According to online reports, Chiyaan Vikram There is a possibility of working with director Anand Shankar once again. The upcoming film is expected to be financed by Satya Jyoti Films, with composer Harris Jayaraj handling the music and background score.
However, this is unconfirmed, and an official update from the manufacturers is still awaited.
Vikram and Anand Shankar’s previous film, Iru Mugan, was a sci-fi action thriller based on the story of an ex-RAW agent who sets out to track down a scientist who has created a dangerous drug capable of increasing adrenaline levels.
With Nayanthara as the co-lead, Vikram appeared in dual roles of both protagonist and antagonist. The film also starred Nithya Menen, Nassar, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, Rithvika, Jasper and others in lead roles. It received positive reviews and was a box office hit.
Earlier, Chiyaan Vikram had announced that his next project will be with a debut director bodi prince. The official update was shared by the production company Shanthi Talkies, and the film was expected to be an action thriller.
Chiyaan Vikram’s work front
Chiyaan Vikram was last seen headlining Veera Dheera Suran: Part 2. Directed by SU Arun Kumar, the action thriller also stars Dushara Vijayan, SJ Suryah and Suraj Venjaramoodu in lead roles.
The film is based on the story of a former dacoit who now leads a peaceful life as a provision store owner. When an honest police officer threatens to eliminate her former boss’s son, Kali is forced to turn to violence to protect her family and confront her past, resulting in a tense night of confrontation. The film is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Initially, the actor had also announced a project with Maveran director Madonna Ashwin. However, that project is now believed to have been discontinued.
