KING100: Nagarjuna Akkineni says his next film will be a ‘complete commercial script’ with this surprise element

Nagarjuna Akkineni is all set to star in his 100th film, tentatively titled King100, to be directed by Ra Karthik. Talking about the project, the actor revealed some details about the film.

According to a report by Variety India quoting News18, Nagarjuna Akkineni He described the film as a “completely commercial” entertainer that focuses on a father-daughter relationship. There are also reports that de-aging technology may be used in the film to portray him at different ages ranging from 25 to 60 years.

While more information about king100 Not revealed yet, there are rumors that Aishwarya Rajesh may play the co-lead role. Additionally, Tabu is expected to appear in a pivotal role, marking her reunion with Nagarjuna after several years. Apart from this, Sushmita Bhatt and Vijayendra are also expected to be seen in lead roles.

Earlier, Ra Karthik had shared information about his film with Nagarjuna. The filmmaker said that he had asked Nagarjuna if he was comfortable working with a Tamil director, especially when there were so many strong Telugu directors with attractive scripts. He said that since this is Nagarjuna’s 100th film, there is naturally some pressure attached to it. However, Nagarjuna reportedly told him that he was completely comfortable with the decision.

Karthik also mentioned that the film will feature Nagarjuna in a vintage look similar to that of Ratchagan. He said that the audience will see a very stylish version of Nagarjuna Akkineni on screen. He further added that, for Tamil audiences, Nagarjuna is known for films like Shiva, Ratchagan and Coolie K Simon. An official update about the film is expected soon.
