In the Instagram clip, we get a glimpse of Karishma’s impressive cardio session. First, she combines cross-body dumbbell exercises with dumbbell squats and jumps. Then, she places both hands on the dumbbells placed on the floor. Keeping her legs straight and her core engaged, she lifts her body up, maintaining a stable squatting position as she works her arms and upper body. A few seconds later, the star combines single-leg raises with mountain climbers. Oh, and did we mention, Karishma tauba tauba The step was a complete failure.. so this is my version of the song..”

Let me dance a little. The video also features dance coach Pooja Kale. In her caption, Karishma opens up about her knee pain and her deep love for dance. She says, “Dancing has always been my passion, my escape and my joy. There’s nothing like losing yourself in music and moving freely. Unfortunately, my knee pain has made it difficult for me to dance like I used to. It’s been hard to adjust to, but I’m focused on recovering and staying positive. I couldn’t stop myself.
