Pawan Kalyan starrer Ustad Bhagat Singh declined 25 per cent on its eighth day and added Rs. 85 lakhs to tally. This is the lowest daily collection of the film till date, which suggests that the mass action drama is nearing its dramatic end.
Running cum of Ustad Bhagat Singh now Rs. It grossed Rs 70 crore at the Indian box office in 8 days of theatrical run. The film may see some bounce in the second weekend, but that won’t save it from a disappointing dramatic ending, as the damage has already been done.
The film is facing tough competition from Dhurandhar 2 in its home state. It’s rare when a Bollywood film takes over a Telugu giant in its markets. This is enough to understand how the audience prefers good quality cinema to regular mass action.

The remaining Indian states contributed Rs. Tally 1.25 crores.
