Apple TV series Severance, Season 2 is planned to release in 2025. The teaser trailer released on Wednesday gave little information about the upcoming season of the show, but fans are still excited to see their favorite characters in the series.
The season preview shows the famous elevator from the first season, which will open again in the new episodes. The show’s main characters are expected to reprise their roles, while reports suggest that new faces may also join the cast.
Here’s a look at the best characters in Severance.
1. Kobel
Patricia Arquette stuns as Kobel in the first season of Severance. In a race of domineering protagonists, Kobel’s character would surely rank at the top for her badassery which she throws around like confetti. Kobel and power are synonymous. The character’s need for control makes her a dangerous person in a room full of villains.
2. Mark
The main character and hero of the show, Mark, is one of the most lovable characters in the series. While fans love the thriller part of Severance, they also love Adam Scott’s presence on screen. Mark can draw viewers in because he is willing to go through trouble to save his team. The character shows proper leadership qualities in scenes that require him to shine and he is not afraid to take risks.
3. Haley
It takes time for the audience to get familiar with Haley’s character. But if the audience is interested in the show, Haley can be their favorite character. Britt Lower’s role in the show is different from the other cast members. While other characters maintain their obedient attitude, Haley comes across as a rebel. She is intelligent and tries everything possible to cross the boundaries that hinder her work.

As a character, Dylan may be one of the most disliked in the cast. However, Zach Cherry has shown his talent as an actor on the show. In the early episodes of Season 1, Dylan is an arrogant, overbearing employee whom no one likes. But something the character learns about his life changes him to empathize with and help his fellow employees at Lumon.
5. PT
PT is again a favorite character in Severance Season 1. Played by Yul Vazquez, the character has excited fans, especially because he discovered Mark and inspired him to join Lumon’s staff. As PT unravels the mystery of the organization, he suddenly disappears, only to reappear in the outside world.
6. Irving
Irving is one of Lumon’s dedicated employees who can’t stand people breaking the rules. The character, played by John Turturro in the series, is shown as someone who can be difficult to work with. However, as viewers get more deeply invested in the show, they will understand Irving’s deep passion for Lumon and its employees.
7. Devon
Devon’s character on the show is known for being kind to other people. She is Mark’s sister, and she knows how to talk him into getting things done. The series has shown some sweet moments between Mark and Devon. Although Devon has to figure out her own life, with being a new mother and taking care of her husband, she is still there for her brother and friends.
