Kishkindha Kaandam is a mystery thriller film which was released in theaters in 2024. The film, led by Asif Ali and VijayRaghavan, tells the story of Appu Pillai, a retired army officer suffering from dementia, who lives with his son Ajayan in a forest area infested with monkeys.
As Ajayan searches for his missing son Chachu, Appu Pillai takes it upon himself to uncover the mystery behind his grandson’s disappearance. Despite his dementia, he remembers and recreates every moment, trying to understand if he was responsible for it.

Prabhas’s work front
Prabhas will next be seen in the lead role in Fauji. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the upcoming film is touted to be a period action drama, in which the Rebel star will play an Azad Hind Fauj soldier.
Looking ahead, the actor also has a police action drama lined up. Soul Director Sandeep Reddy has 2898 AD Part 2 in his lineup with Vanga and Kalki.
