He said, “Aditya Dhar has changed the entire grammar of storytelling on screen. Our films will never be the same, and I am talking about all languages, not just Hindi. In Telugu, many upcoming big budget action films are undergoing massive reshoots. Which means huge budgetary liabilities.”
Verma further said that such changes are not being liked by everyone in the industry. The filmmaker added, “So, of course, they hate him. He’s forced them to step out of their comfort zone and that costs a lot of money.”
The filmmaker also talked about Dhar’s wife Yami Gautam, who recently received praise for her performance in the courtroom drama Right.
