The caption shows Sonakshi’s love for Zaheer and how this marriage happened. Sonakshi wrote in the caption, “Marriage can be chaotic… but you have to steal some moments in between, which will stay with you forever.”
Describing the first two photos, she wrote in the caption, “Pic 1 and 2: Being filmy and making my own music (from 2017), in between clicking our wedding pictures here!! Pic 1 is my wallpaper now.”
The ‘Lootera’ actor then wrote about the third and fourth photos – “Picture 3 & 4: The hero watches his heroine get ready for her dream role. And since there’s so much silence in the process… of course he has to disrupt it by saying something silly to make her laugh.”
“Picture 5: Listening to my favourite Shah Rukh Khan’s voice note (see first pic for reference), Sending lots of love and best wishes to both of us for this special day… I think this was the most special moment of @iamzahero’s day,” Sonakshi wrote about the fifth photo.
Sonakshi wrote about how she got ready as a bride before Zaheer. She wrote, “Picture 6 and 7: Have you ever heard of a bride getting ready before her groom? No?? Well here you go. The bride also cried seeing herself in sindoor for the first time!!! (sic)”
About the eighth photo, she wrote, “Picture 8: As the bride was ready, she went to admire the groom from a distance, who was still not ready. I remember saying to @sam_and_ekta who is the genius behind capturing all these moments, “Shouldn’t he be admiring me like this while I’m getting ready?!?” Everyone in the room collectively nodded.
For the last set of photos, Sonakshi wrote, “Pic 9 & 10: Taking a minute to breathe and walk around the home we will build together.”

On June 23, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal got married under the Special Marriage Act in the presence of their family and friends at their home in Mumbai. It was a private wedding. The couple then held a reception at Bastian which was attended by many celebrities.
Salman Khan, Vidya Balan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, veteran actress Saira Banu and many other Bollywood celebrities attended the party. The couple was in a relationship for seven years before getting married on June 23.
