Videos circulated on social media showed fans raising slogans, waving at the actor and trying to get close to him at the venue. The excited crowd went out of control, creating a chaotic situation in the hospital premises.
As more people attempted to enter the building, many boarded an escalator inside the complex. The heavy pressure and movement reportedly caused the escalator to malfunction, forcing officials to close access to that section for safety reasons.

Police and security personnel soon came forward to restore order. Authorities took mild action blackjack Charged with dispersing the crowd and later creating a security corridor to safely escort Jr NTR into the building for the inauguration.
The incident sparked reactions online, with many users expressing concern about the nuisance of crowds that frequently occur at public events. One user wrote, “Why do such incidents mostly happen in the South? The level of fan frenzy is worrying.” Another commented, “This is why NTR usually avoids public events, but I don’t know why he came to open the hospital.”

Despite the tense situation, the actor remained calm and expressed his gratitude to his supporters. The video showed him waving to fans as he entered the building and interacting with them briefly, which added to the excitement in the crowd.
After the hospital inauguration program was briefly disrupted due to a crowd of fans, officials are now reviewing the security arrangements for the event.
Junior NTR is currently busy preparing Devara 2. Shooting for the sequel will begin in May 2026.
