Govinda reacts to criticism over small show and school program performance
Bollywood actor Govinda has responded to the criticism on social media over his attendance at school functions, insisting that his choice is not influenced by ego and highlighting the importance of the occasions he attended.
Actor Govinda recently addressed the widespread discussion about his performance at school programs in Pratapgarh after videos of his dance routine went viral online. The events held in January received praise from fans for his energetic presence, but also criticism from some who called it a short show and suggested that the actor’s career was in decline. Govinda has now reacted to the comments and clarified his stand and shared his perspective on the matter.

Govinda surprised the students and their families by participating in two consecutive school programs at the Annual Day function in Pratapgarh. The actor danced on his popular song during the event I was on my waysang Baba in AnganaAnd recited some of his famous film dialogues. The audience seemed delighted by her impromptu performance, which soon became a trending topic online.
Speaking to Siddharth Kannan, Govinda reacted to the chatter and said,The one whom they are calling small is a CM (Chief Minister) Is of. and the other one, member of parliament Are. they are saying. (The one they are calling ‘Chhota’, one is related to the Chief Minister. And the other is an MP. This is what they are calling ‘Chhota’).”
“No one has any control over social media. Wow, they make whoever they want top. (Social media is not really under anyone’s control. People can make whatever headlines they want there),” he said.
Aunty number 1 The actor also reacted to the comment about traveling in a small car during his recent visit to Agra. He said, “They have permission there. Your Mercedes has to be parked outside because that’s the rule there.”
In January, Govinda surprised students and parents by attending not one but two school annual day functions in Pratapgarh, where he danced, sang and interacted with the crowd. Videos of the incidents soon surfaced online and gained immediate attention. During the day’s events, Govinda was seen at the annual function of Sangam International School. Later in the evening, the actor appeared at another school function where he sang and danced to his popular tracks.
