Prakash Raj was officially announced as a part of Soul Last year, there was curiosity about his role in the high-profile project. According to the report, the alleged fallout arose due to differences over the script and the execution of a particular scene.

Reacting strongly to the speculations, Prakash Raj refuted the claims on social media. In a strongly worded post, he wrote, “To all the poisonous #FakeNews sellers on the film #Spirit. We haven’t even started shooting our scenes yet and you WhatsApp factories speculate on stories. Grow up and live a life.” His response at the time seemed to dismiss reports of his exit.

However, the latest cast update from the makers didn’t help in clearing up the confusion. With Prakash Raj’s name conspicuously absent, a source has now confirmed Hindustan Times to which the actor is no longer associated Soul. The filmmakers have not yet commented on the reasons behind the change, nor have they announced any replacement.
