Talking to India Today about his experience Satyamev Jayate The actor said that the book is derived from everyday emotional experiences. It speaks to readers who struggle with burnout, self-doubt, and the exhausting pressure of constantly having to keep it all together. However, rather than providing neat answers, writing relies on validation and quiet reassurance – the comfort of being understood rather than being certain.

“I’m a firm believer that the right book finds you at the right time, and I hope it finds you when you need it most. I hope that when it does, it makes you feel seen, like a quiet, reassuring embrace on those days when you need holding. I don’t claim to have the answers, but I hope my writing makes you feel,’ Ayesha puts words to something I’ve always felt but didn’t know That’s how to say’,” said the actor.

For her, writing doesn’t feel separate from what she already does online. Conversations about self-development, emotional balance, and inner work have long resonated with his audiences. Although this book is not a memoir, it is deeply based on lived emotional experience.

The publishing journey, too, began with a personal leap of faith. Ayesha mentioned how she reached out to the publisher Penguin herself. “I developed the concept and pitch independently and approached her directly. Her positive response felt deeply affirming not only as a writer but as someone who trusted her creative instincts.”

True to its tone, the writing process proceeded slowly. Many pieces began as private journaling and internal reflection before revealing larger emotional threads. Shaping them into a manuscript, she says, felt organic, guided more by sincerity than urgency.

Talking about the support from people around her, Sharma said, “My parents, in many ways, are the reason for this book’s existence. They have always encouraged me to listen to my heart and trust my inner compass, and that belief gave me the courage to write seriously. This book is dedicated to them because their faith has been the foundation of my journey.”

She also called sister Neha Sharma “a steady source of encouragement and understanding”, adding that sensitivity is central to creative work, and having people who really understand that process makes a huge difference.

On a final note, Ayesha Sharma said that with Bloom, she is not trying to reinvent herself. If anything, she’s allowing audiences to meet the version of herself that’s always been there. The book will be released across book stores and online platforms in India on February 27, 2026.

Ayesha’s last theatrical release was her acting debut, Satyamev Jayate (2018). John Abraham was in the lead role in the film.

Ayesha is the younger sister of actor Neha Sharma. These two sisters are often seen posting fitness, travel and other life related content on social media.
