Another netizen said that the two 40-minute songs of Man Shankar Vara Prasad Garu were a complete waste. The user said that it was unclear whether Chiranjeevi did not know how to act or whether the director did not know how to use him properly, but he felt that, to some extent, the megastar was single-handedly carrying the film.
A third netizen said that with that level of quality, the film was not good at all and added that Sankarathiki Vasthunnam was better.

Man Shankar Var Prasad Garu is the story of Shankar Var Prasad, a national security officer working with the NIA. He is married to Shasirekha, daughter of India’s richest man. The two fall in love despite his father’s disapproval, as Varaprasad comes from a middle-class background.
Over time, Sasirekha’s father creates trouble in their married life, creating many challenges. After a series of misunderstandings, the couple has been living separately for six years, leaving Varaprasad’s personal life in turmoil.
As Shankar Varaprasad faces these challenges in an attempt to repair his broken relationship and reconnect with his wife, an old enemy from his past resurfaces, threatening his family’s safety. How Varaprasad balances these challenges and whether he is able to reunite with his wife and children forms the center of the story.
