Border 2 earned Rs. Collected. Earned around Rs 16 crore on its second Saturday at the Indian box office. The growth from Friday is around 60 per cent, which is normal for a film doing well in smaller centres. These centers show more growth on Sunday, and hence there will be a strong bounce today. The second weekend for the film was Rs. 45 crore nett.
The total box office collection after nine days of release was Rs. Approximately Rs 233 crore nett. It will cross Rs. 250 crore figure today, taking the total to around Rs. 253 crores on EOD Sunday. The film showed exceptional trends last weekend, but business declined on weekdays, especially on Wednesday. This may lead to a decline in the second weekend, but the film did well and remained stable on Friday, and now Saturday has also seen good growth.
In the second weekend also its chances of reaching Rs. The film got a net of Rs 300 crore, which was always there, but if the grip had been a little weak then it would have been doubtful. The Sunny Deol starrer is now aiming for Rs. 325 crores nett or more, with outside shots up to Rs. 350 crore nett. After the pandemic, it has been observed that films were going above Rs. Struggling to reach even Rs 500 crore nett or Rs. 300 crore nett last year till Saiyara. Border 2 will be another rare film with such a big budget. Net difference of Rs 200 crore.
