Then my mother told me that he had shot himself.” She added, “My mother immediately rushed to the hospital and I was shocked. My reaction was very emotionally reactive, so I decided to go a little later to avoid causing more stress from my reaction. I went three hours late. My mother and brother went immediately.”
Addressing suspicions about foul play, Ragini insisted on a thorough police presence and investigation: “There were 200 cops in the hospital, and 50 cops outside her house to find out what happened. If it’s not real then how can you survive a situation like that? I have full faith in our police. They have done their due diligence, and they have got satisfactory results. Because if anyone else was involved, he would have been the first person to do something like this with such a big personality.” He could not survive and was able to stand on his feet within a month.
Meanwhile, Govinda shared a heartfelt voice note from his hospital bed to reassure fans. He expressed his gratitude for the care he received and the support from his fans, parents and guru.
