Actor Salman Khan was seen serving Bhel Puri to Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh at his Panvel farmhouse. Salman turned 60 on 27 December 2025.

Salman will be seen in war biopic battle of galwan (2026), directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The teaser of the film was released on the occasion of the actor’s 60th birthday. In the film, Salman plays the role of Colonel Santosh Babu, who portrays the events of the 2020 Galwan Valley clash. The confrontation involved Indian and Chinese forces in the disputed Ladakh border area and notably resulted in the first deaths in an India-China conflict in nearly 45 years. The fighting was particularly fierce, involving hand-to-hand combat with improvised weapons such as sticks and stones, as the use of firearms was prohibited in that area.
Actress Chitrangada Singh also plays an important role in the film.
