Actor Amitabh Bachchan posted a heartfelt Christmas message, recalling his early experiences attending a midnight mass event in Calcutta and wishing peace and happiness for his followers.

Amitabh Bachchan celebrated Christmas with a heartfelt message, wishing peace, tranquility and happiness while reminiscing about his early years in Kolkata in his latest blog post. The veteran actor shared a reflective post on social media, which took fans down memory lane.
In his message, Bachchan recalled attending a midnight mass in a church in Calcutta, describing the experience as a vivid memory of his youth before the start of his film career.
Bachchan wrote, “Many Christmas greetings are in order and I wish everyone peace and happiness. The mass in the church at midnight on the 24th-25th are vivid memories of the time spent in Calcutta during those years before the advent of cinema fortunes.. the hymns singing the prayers and the nostalgic memories of the anticipated celebration.. all with so much grace and divinity.”
Ending his message on a spiritual note, Bachchan expressed hope for peace and happiness during the festive season and wished blessings for everyone.
