The makers released the first look of Kiara on 21 December, introducing her character through an attractive poster set on a circus-themed backdrop. The imagery suggests glamor layered with emotional depth, suggesting a complex inner world beneath the surface.
Director Geetu Mohandas praised the actor’s commitment, saying, “Some performances don’t just belong to a film, they redefine an artiste.” He added that Kiara completely believed in a character that demanded everything from her, noting that the actor not only played the role but lived it through the entire process.

‘Toxic – A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’ has been ranked as a landmark project for Kannada cinema and a major pan-India release. Conceived and shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, the film will also be released in multiple dubbed versions in Indian languages. Backed by a strong technical team, the film will release on March 19, 2026.
