Saumya shared behind-the-scenes pictures from the shoot on X and showcased the emotionally packed sequence that marked her entry in the film. Talking about that moment, she wrote, “1. This was my entry scene into the film, and the love it has received has literally overwhelmed me. In this scene, I felt everything at once – anger towards my husband for being the reason behind our son’s death, helpless frustration, and deep, shared pain between us. And yes, I slapped Akshay once during his close-up, when Aditya insisted that it be authentic. I Was hoping to cheat, but had no such luck. My breakdown was done in a single take.”

In another picture, Saumya is seen sitting on the floor during the prayer meeting scene after her son’s death. Opening up about the emotional burden of that moment, she wrote, “2. It was the prayer meeting after my son passed away. The pain I felt in that moment has stayed with me – it came straight from the heart.”
