Telugu film Andhra King Taluka made Rs. Earned ₹14.75 crore in its four-day extended weekend in India. The Ram Pothineni starrer had a disappointing opening day and then failed to make any headway in the trends, with minimal growth over the weekend. Word-of-mouth for the film seemed to be decent, but it didn’t really help.
The film grossed US$550K (Rs 5 crore) overseas, most of which was from the United States, earning just under Rs 5 crore worldwide over the weekend. 200 million. In the US, the film had a really good first day, but again did not earn enough over the weekend.

Lead actor Ram Pothineni is going through a tough time at the box office after the pandemic, with none of his films (The Warrior, Skanda and Double iSmart) being successful. That said, they all had something to show, even if it wasn’t enough for them. However, in the case of Andhra Raja Taluka, there was not even an inauguration. The genre might have something to do with it, as those films were masala entertainers, whereas this one is more on the rom-com side, but still, the numbers are very low.
