Sharing the official first look, SS Rajamouli wrote, “The woman who redefined Indian cinema on the global stage. Welcome back, Desi Girl! Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Can’t wait for the world to see your myriad shades of Mandakini.”
The vivid poster shows the Quantico actress in a bright yellow saree, befitting her nickname “Desi Girl”. With a pistol in one hand and fighting with some terror, the actress looks all set to cause serious damage as a fierce woman.

Earlier, the makers of SSMB29 had unveiled the first-look poster of Prithviraj Sukumaran from the film, introducing him as the main antagonist. The Vilayath Buddha actor is set to play the character of Kumbha, a vicious supervillain.

SSMB29, starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role, is an upcoming globetrotting adventure film directed by SS Rajamouli. The film is reportedly inspired by African folklore, with the Athadu actor playing the role of an explorer reminiscent of Indiana Jones.
Featuring Priyanka Chopra Jonas in the lead role and Prithviraj Sukumaran in a pivotal role, the cast of the flick will include several more actors who are yet to be announced.
The shooting of the film is expected to continue till the end of 2026 and will be released in theaters in 2027. As the makers gear up for a big title unveiling event, the film will finally be available for streaming on JioHotstar.
