Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who is currently busy prepping for her high-octane thriller Indian 2 opposite Kamal Haasan, took some time out for her ardent fans and hosted an Ask Me Anything session on her social media platform.

Rakul Preet Singh said this on her return to Telugu industry
Rakul took to her Instagram story section to answer a fan’s question about returning to the Telugu industry. The actress said, “I miss all my Telugu fans a lot and I want to do a Telugu film soon.
Rakul further added, “I am just waiting for the right script, maybe something that is exciting because I feel that part of me, which is the Telugu Ammayi, is really missing Telugu now, so hopefully that happens soon.
“I am reading a few things, hopefully soon,” Rakul concluded her answer, leaving a wave of excitement among her ardent followers.
Let us inform you that Rakul Preet Singh last worked in the 2021 Telugu film Konda Polam opposite Vaishnav Tej which was directed by Vedam fame director Krish Jagarlamudi.

Rakul Preet Singh is currently busy promoting her film Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar Shanmugam.
Indian 2 is said to be a contemporary follow-up to the original film. The film stars Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Suryah, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kajal Aggarwal and others in the lead roles.
This time, the story also shows the last moments of late actors Vivekh and Nedumudi Venu. Meanwhile, the film’s music composer AR Rahman has been replaced by Anirudh Ravichander.
Lyca Productions, led by Subaskaran Allirajah, is bankrolling the political thriller, which has a Hindi version titled Hindustani 2 and a Telugu version titled Bharatheeyudu 2. The film will release in theatres on July 12, 2024.
Apart from Indian 2, Rakul will be seen in several Bollywood projects including De De Pyaar De 2 and the comedy-drama film Mere Husband Ki Biwi.
