Idli Kadai is finally out of theaters, and fans have fought the latest venture of superstar Dhanush to get out of their hearts in their hands. While presenting the story of Murugson, it follows his life as he goes from a 5-star restaurant employee who returns to his roots to follow his father’s footsteps, who is a respected person in his community in Tamil Nadu, and runs his idli shop. He is encountered as a tyrannical former-employer, who inserts himself in his life to close Murugson’s family business and runs himself instead. His relationship with his culture and the fight against a cruel man is the central theme of the film.
The film in the film Nitya Menen, Satyaraj, R. Parthiban, Shalini Pandey, P. Samuthikani, the lead roles with Rajkiron, are Dhanush and Arun Vijay, and many more Idli are taking decisive characters in Kadai. It has premiered till 1 October 2025, and the music track and background score being worked by GV Prakash Kumar have been claimed.
Dhanush’s fans ran to examine the first show of the first day of the film, while others were eager about their exciting new projects, bought tickets and gave their opinion online. Look at the most polarized below.

A root story of village life, culture and parents.” With another, “Emotional touch in the first half. Heart is fine, D tried to make an honest film, and he was almost successful in it. But all this is done in the first half.
Not all good things were said about Idli Kadai, but one thing is certain, the film provokes emotions and is a strong effort of a bow.
