Hotels often provide seasonal discounts based on festive or tourism season. This is very common. But what if we tell you that there is a place that will give you an attractive offer and maybe even take out some money if you get pregnant on their property! Yes, you can read it twice, but it is true.

A major Polish Hotel Series, the founder of the Arke Group, Vadisov Grochevski, has moved an unprecedented proposal for its guests and employees. No free or loyal points, he is giving a chance for family planning. This idea is simple: couples who imagine a child during their migration on their qualities, they will be eligible for awards, large and younger.

It may seem ridiculously bizarre or impossible, but the intention behind it is earnest, but later more on it.

To take advantage of the proposal, the first couple must live in one of the properties of the Arc Hotel. Both partners should be older than 18-years, and at least one should be polish. And the hotel is not a timid voucher. They are serious, and they have also got a hand on mathematics. How? According to the guidelines, the child should be born within 300 days of migration. In addition, within a month of childbirth, the couple should officially register the child in the program to claim allowances on the other side of nine months.

• The first couple to follow all conditions will be rewarded with a child’s stroller for PLN 5,000 (Rs 1,21,812) and a welcome goodies package.

• The couples that conceive during their migration will also be offered for 10 guests, including food, drinks and decorations, for 10 guests – baptism, naming, or a reception party.
• Parents can also plant a tree in the name of their child, which is on a single quality.

However, by signing up, you can end consent for photos and videos being used on social media or billboard. The program lasts from September 15, 2025 to September 15, 2027, so far.

Wadysaw Grochowski is not your regular hotel businessman. He strongly believes that businesses should be more involved in social issues, including reverse of negative demographic trends.

Citing these figures, Grocovesky states that it is not just a demographic issue – it could kill everything from comprehensive economy and social services to the overall quality of life, involved in their own business. “In 2026, Poland will spend about 5 percent of its GDP on defense, which can translate more than 200 billion Zloty. But what is good that if demographics erase us?” He told Polish media.

This is not the first time he has taken social welfare in his hands. He and his wife also run a foundation dedicated to human efforts. Allegedly, the couple provided security and shelter to several Ukrainian refugees, when war broke out in 2022. In the recognition of his work, the United Nations in 2023 honored the doubles with the UNHCR Nansen Refuge Award.

According to a CNN report, Grochowski first established its company in the 1990s and today has a property with over 4,000 hotel rooms, 27 restaurants and more than 10,000 apartments.
