Actor Abhishek Bachchan has contacted the Delhi High Court to protect his personality rights. He has requested a ban on his name, image, photographs, voice and websites, youtube channels and the performance of other people for commercial or personal benefits.

A similar petition filed by Bachchan’s wife Aishwarya Rai has been followed earlier this week.

During a brief hearing, Justice Tejas Karia noticed that an order could be issued that Google may be directed to remove the material carrying materials, which violates Bachchan’s personality rights, provided the court is given a list of specific URL.

“We can ask to take Google down. You have to give a URL specific to each other. If you can identify the platform, it can be done easily. YouTube, amazon, and Flipkart are mentioned in the petition. This order cannot be provided. It cannot be divided on the defendant.

Bachchan’s lawyer, Advocate Praveen Anand replied that the necessary information will be submitted later today.

“Please pass, we will divide according to the defendant,” he said.

Abhishek Bachchan’s suit expressed concern over the manipulation and manipulation of his image and personality by various online platforms. This includes videos characterized by merchandise, wallpaper and their similarity, as well as the creation of AI-Janit and Deepfech videos on social media.

He has urged the court to restrict such violations on their publicity, personality rights and copyrights, stating that unique characteristics for their identity – such as their name, image, equality, voice, signature and display – will not be exploited for commercial or personal benefits without their consent.
