Apple only unveiled the iPhone 17 Pro series, and can be the most exciting new iPhones in some time very well. It all starts with an impressive new redesign that leads to the titanium away and back to aluminum.
Apple created a unibody from the series 7000 aluminum for the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, which is then anodized outwards. Aluminum comes in three colors: a sophisticated silver, a dark blue, and a new striking cosmic orange.
There is ceramic shield glass on both sides – a small portion on the back, just below the cameras, and the new ceramic shield ups 2 displays, which is 3 times hard for scratches and 4 times hard in apple tests. The screen glass has a 7-layer anti-reflex coating, which Samsung is doing with its recent ultra phone.
The iPhone 17 Pro is built around the 6.3 “Super Retina XDR display, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max has a 6.9” panel. Both are promoting with an adaptive 120Hz panel that can fall on 1Hz for their always-on mode. Screen can ramps up to 3,000 notes of peak glow.
The camera system sits on top of a new camera plateau, which is a part of aluminum lattice and mechanized unibody.
The largest upgrade is for 5x telephoto camera, which now also has high-raz 48MP fusion sensors (above 12MP) to match the other two. This is not a simple bump in the pixel, however, the zoom is a completely new camera. It has 100 mm F/2.8 lens, so optical magnification is 4x and not 5X on outgoing models. It thanks 8X or 200 mm digital zoom for its high resolution.
The telephoto camera shares tetrapism optical design and sensor shift stabilization, which it replaces.
The other two 48MP fusion cameras on the back have 26 mm wide and 13 mm ultravide lens. Upfront, iPhone 17 Pro units get a new 1: 1 square 18MP center stage front camera. This eliminates the need to flip your phone to get your friends’ landscape selfie. What is more, selfie will automatically adjust its viewing area when it feels the need for a broad shot, and the selfie will focus its subject during the video.
Talking about the video, the iPhone 17 Pro Series Prosarus brings RAW, log 2, and genlock (used to sink the video in many cameras and inputs). With support for final cut camera 2.0 and blackmizer camera. This is already solid video glasses of previous models – Prroprus Log, Dolby Vision HDR, and up to 4K up to 120fps.
The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max get the new 3Nm Apple A19 Pro Chipset – a step above the A19 in the base model iPhone 17, and also above the A19 Pro inside the iPhone Air.
On the iPhone 17 Pro model, the A19 Pro SOC 6-core CPU (2 performance, 4 efficiency core) and 6-core packs GPU, which has a more core than air and supports for hardware-format ray tracing than air. A 16-core nerve engine apple increases the intelligence performance. Professionals get a new apple-designed vapor room, finally, to improve cooling.
Apple says that the proprietary alloy using it is a major improvement on the titanium of previous generation iPhone professionals, and 17 Pro has a better continuous performance.
Both iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max use N1 Apple-designed networking chip, with support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and thread.
The new design enabled large batteries on both Pro models. The Apple does not share the number, only unclear claims such as “Best Battery Life in a iPhone”, but shared that the new generation gets 2 hours more in video playback than previous models for a total of 39 hours.
The number of markets to obtain the ESIM-Caval model increases with joining the US with Bahrain, Canada, Guam, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE. That version will also get a slightly larger battery, but again Apple did not give any specialty.
The iPhone 17 Pro series is launched with the iOS 26, which is emphasized by liquid glass, which Apple says that makes OS and its apps more expressive and delightful.
The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are in deep blue, cosmic orange and silver. Both models start with 256 GB storage and also come in 512 GB and 1 TB versions, while Pro Max also receives 2 TB options. 17 Pro starts at $ 1,099 and asks $ 200 to double each storage – $ 1,299 and $ 1,499. The 17 Pro Max asks $ 1,199/$ 1,399/$ 1,599/$ 1,999.
East-order in the first 63 markets opened on Friday, 12 September, and the shipments will launch a week later, on 19 September. 22 September on 22 September and areas will get new professionals on 26 September.
