Plot
Madharsi discovered the story of Raghuram, which is an orphan with a painful past. Filling his mental state, he meets Malathi and falls in love with him.
Meanwhile, a notorious gang of arms smugglers in the northern parts of India plans to enter Tamil Nadu, in which NIA officer Prem and his team have determined them to stop them.
However, when Malathi inadvertently involved in smuggling gang plans, things take a serious turn. Now, what Raghuram does to save his love, and how his mental state affects his decisions, makes the story of the story.

Madharasi offers a unique plot, reminiscent of Murugados’s blockbusters Thuppaki and Kathahi. With sivakartheikeyan playing a flawed character, the actor shines as an action star, reflects it in the best of his abilities.
Madharsi is stylish since the beginning, keeping the nature intact and is doing a clear work with it. The action set pieces stand out, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats with creativity and energy. With a strong story as its spine, the production value is notable.
Vidyut Jammwal brings a dominant appearance, while Rukmini Vasanth offers a cute performance, helps the film to balance the signature factor that we love about AR Murugdos.
In technical aspects, Madharai attains excellence in cinematography. Sudeep Elaman caught many beautiful shots. However, the music score and track of Anirudh Ravichender feels unsuccessful and unsuccessful to leave a strong impression this time.

While Madharai gives a fresh story in Tamil cinema, it struggles with a paper-split plot and screenplay. The pessing of the film falls behind in the first half and in the second tests the patience of the audience.
The initial half includes three different songs, none of which add much to the story. If only AR Murugados wrote a tight script, these characters and the plot could actually stop.
A major element of Madharasi is a love story between Raghu and Malathi. This romance runs the hero in the world of crime and acts as a central inspiration. Unfortunately, the love story lacks depth, feels irrational, and despite SK and Rukmini shared chemistry, the climax is sidelined.
With inconsistent execution and poor editing, this Shivkarthikan starrer stumbles at many points, despite its action action sequences.

Whether it is action, comedy, or dance, SK keeps the film together with its charm and charisma, emphasizing why he is different from his contemporaries.
Fitut Jammwal makes a strong impression with its intimidation screen appearance; Even a single dazzling is allowed to pay attention to it.
Biju Menon makes the most with its limited role, while Rukmini Vasant is free from specific eye candy trops to give a strong and emotionally grounded performance. His role adds value to the plot and stands out.

Decision
Madharsi is a thrilling action entertainer who distributes a brief cinematic high but lacks emotional and story depth. While the story had the ability to become the next ‘Katthi,’ or ‘Thuppaki’, the film decreased in execution.
Nevertheless, Madharai offers a decent dramatic experience, especially given the recent functions of AR Murugados. If you want to see the complete action-hero change of Sivakarthikeyan, then this film can only be for you.
