LI, Openai and Representatives of Lawyers and XAI spokespersons did not immediately respond to the requests for comments on Friday. Openai is not a defendant.

Complaint underlines a terrible fight between Musk’s company and Openi for rivalry and AI talent.

OpenAII co-founder Musk has filed a separate lawsuit against the company and its CEO Sam Altman for allegedly distracting from its original mission to benefit humanity. Openai counted Kasturi in April for harassment.

Musk’s XAI filed another lawsuit against Openai and Apple Aapl.o in Texas on Monday, which was on Monday to monopolize the market for AI chatbots on Apple devices.

The new lawsuit said Lee began working as an engineer for XAI last year, where he helped train and develop Groke. The company said Lee took his business mystery in July immediately after accepting a job from OpenIAI and selling $ 7 million in XA Stock.

Musk’s startup stated that the mystery may allow Openai to bolt Chatgpt with Xai’s “more innovative AI and imaginative characteristics”.

The trial stated that Lee admitted to stealing the company’s files and “covering its tracks” during a meeting on 14 August, and the company later found additional stolen material on its equipment, which he did not disclose.

Musk’s AI company asked the court for unspent the amount of monetary damage and a preventive order, in which Lee’s openi’s move was blocked.
