On his perspective on freedom, he said, “I think it is natural. Over time, you get used to your ways, and you know what works for you and what not. You don’t want to compromise it. As an independent working woman, I am not ready to compromise my peace.
Shamita also admitted that the relationship could be emotionally drought, saying, “So, until I find someone who knows that I respect my soul, I will not take it forward.”
Actor and Rakesh Bapat first met in 2021 during ‘Bigg Boss Oat’Where their relationship blossomed. He continued dating after the show but participated in 2022.
Confirming her breakup in January 2022, Shamita shared“Looks like it is important to clarify. Rakhesh and I are no longer together and are not for some time, but this beautiful music video is for all fans who have given us so much love and support. Is we continue to show up with our love. There is also for positivity and new horizons. Love and gratitude for all of you.”
On the work front, Shamita was last seen in ‘The Tenant’ (2023), directed by Sushruta Jain. She recently appeared on ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ with her sister Shilpa Shetty, which was streaming on Netflix.
