Ravi Mohan recently made headlines with the launch of his production house, Ravi Mohan Studio. He kicked the event with many celebrities in appearance. His close friend and actor Karthi revealed that he was likely to join hands in a project.
Karthi and Ravi Mohan to act together in a film?
Speaking at the event, Karthi said, “I like something about Ravi that he is the person who never wants to do anything bad for anyone. He cannot do it, and I am proud of him. In fact, he recently gave me a full statement during our dinner.”
“We discussed this, and we will act together in it, and it will be directed by Ravi. Honestly, there is a side for Ravi that no one has seen. He is like a gym carry and will make all kinds of jokes. Even his brother Raja did not show him on the big screen,” he said.
Karthi further explained how Ravi has always been a student of cinema, is also very knowledgeable about world cinema. Interestingly, Karthi and Ravi Mohan first shared the screen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponyin Selvan film series.

Karthi hopes that the next time he gets hit on a big screen with his film, Via Vathiyar. Originally planned for Pongal, the film was postponed for unknown reasons and is now likely to be released by the end of 2025.
Looking forward, the actor has a sequel film Sardar 2 in post-production. However, an official release date for the direction of PS Mithran has not been announced yet. He is currently shooting for the film Marshal.
On the other hand, Ravi Mohan is working on the film Parasakthi, starring Shivkartikeyan. The film, expected to be released in 2026, features the actor as co-leaders along with Serela and Atharva Murali as the main opposition.
