Actor Simran, known for his contribution to Tamil and Telugu cinema, recently marked his 30th year in the film industry. In a recent interview, he expressed dissatisfaction with Bollywood’s unfamiliarity with his broad body work despite his long -term career. Debuting with the 1995 Hindi film ‘Sanam Harjai’, Simran has become a famous person, especially in South Indian films.

while talking Chennai TimesSimran mentioned that his recent Hindi enterprises, such as ‘Gulmohar’ and ‘Tiger 3’, offered various experiences. “I did not meet many people in Hindi, who are good in the heart and welcome, but with ‘Gulmohar’, it was a very good team. So, we made a very good film. Around the same time, I made another project, where I did not connect at all,” Simran said.

The actor also shared that Bollywood often needs to participate in Test reels, which he finds unnecessary given his experienced position. “And when I am fine with the look test, many people in Bollywood still ask me to send Test videos, to see if I am in line with a role, and I want I work for one-tenth part here.

On the work front, Simran was last seen in the Tamil blockbuster ‘Tourist Family’, which was released earlier this year. His cameo was also well received by the audience in Ajit Kumar’s ‘Good Bad Badshi’. Currently, she is working on a new project called ‘The Last One’, while her long pending film ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’, which played the lead role of Chian Vikram, is delayed by financial and legal complications.
