Animon Trailer: Daniel de-louise returns after 7 years in the reunion film of the son’s family
Actor Daniel Day-Livis has abolished his retirement with a new role in ‘Animon’ directed by his son. The film is based on a reunion between two brothers who share a complex bond with each other.

Actor Daniel’s Day-Life has officially returned from retirement with his son Ronon De-Luis’s first film ‘Animon’. The trailer of his upcoming family-drama was recently released.
The film features Day-Lavis and actor Sean Ben as brothers. According to the official logline, “The Northern England-Seater film begins as a middle-aged person (bean), set from its suburban home to a trip to the forest, where he re-connects with his estranted hemit brother (day-livis).
Set in Northern England, ‘Animon’ narrates the story of a suburban man Jem Stoker (Bean) who goes into the forest to find his recurrent brother (day-livis). The trailer investigated stressful family relations with its foggy atmospheric tone. The scene flashs the sketch of Stormy Coastline, Shady Rooms and Irish flags on screen.

Apart from the Oscar-Vajeta, the film also stars Samuel Bottley, Safia Okle-Green and Samantha Morton in the lead roles. Daniel Day-Lavis and Ronon de-Livis have cooled the film.
Prior to his retirement, the last film director Paul Thomas Anderson’s 2017 period was the drama ‘Phantom Thread’. Bhumika gave him his sixth Oscar enrollment in the best actor category. He previously won the category for his performance in ‘My Left Foot’ (1989), ‘Will Bee Blood’ (2007) and ‘Lincoln’ (2012). Day-Livis has also received several awards at BAFTA, Golden Globe and SAG Awards in his acting career.
This is the second time De-Livis has come out of retirement since 1997. The actor first took a break to become a showmaker in Italy after the specialty in Jim Sheridan’s ‘The Boxer’. He returned to acting in 2002 with Martin Scorscay’s ‘Gangs of New York’.
It will have a world premiere at ‘Anemone’, New York Film Festival.
Focus features will debut the film in a limited release on October 3, 2025 before nationwide expansion on October 10, 2025.
