Taylor Swift has officially entered a new era. Pop Star announced his 12th studio album, The Life of a Short, on Tuesday, August 12 at ET at 12:12 pm, and the occasion marked the occasion by illuminating the Empire State Building of New York City in Bright Orange.
Landmark’s Instagram account shared a photo of the building shining with the caption “in the next era”, referring to Swift’s record-breaking ERAS Tour. Orange is the main color theme of the upcoming album, which has been teasing with subtle signals in the last few days.

Swift revealed the life of a Shogirl on New Heights Podcast, hosted by her lover, NFL star Travis Kelus and her brother, Jason Kails. In a video clip shared on Instagram, Swift teased, “Can I show you something?” Jason replied, “Okay. What we got? We got a briefcase? Mint Green, with TS on it.”
“Yes,” Swift replied before disclosing, “This is my brand new album, The Life of a Short. TS 12!” Travis then happy, “TS 12!” The album cover itself is unclear, but the Swift’s website now displays a blurred image in orange and green.

Orange plays a major role in the branding of this album. In the podcast clip, several books with an orange cover appear behind the Swift, including the work on Jean-Michel Basquiet, Mark Chagal and Ruth Aswa, all associated with modernism and neo-expression. A book on a silver microphone, a football, and artist Mark Rothko, also known for orange-theme abstract art, is also visible.
Swift added a countdown timer on his website on Monday, August 11, which ended at ET at 12:12. The inverted count was an orange glow background with mint green numbers, which corresponds to the color scheme that has surfaced so far.
Release date is still a mystery
While the official release date for a Shogirl’s life is not confirmed, Swift’s website suggests that physical copies will be ships like people before October 13. A few months after the Swift, it was announced that in May, he re -acquired the masters for his first six albums, Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and reputation from Shemrock Capital.
