Suriya’s next film, Karuppu, has been in the news for all the right reasons. The Tamil actor will be included in a large -scale avatar under RJ Balaji direction, as clarified from some posters, which have been unveiled. And now, on the 50th birthday of the actor, the makers shared the much awaited teaser of the film.

The video of 1-Mint’s 42-second video opens with proclamation that Suriya’s character, Saravanan, is like a terrible demigode that immediately saves justice.
As the teaser moves forward, the audience gets a glimpse of the actor who pulls double colors in the same role, where he is a powerful lawyer and the other where he is an incapable model to give quick justice.
Other main attractions of the teaser include certainly some massive punchline by Suria, as well as their Rowdy Look, which is characterized by the role around.
Most importantly, debutant music composer Sai Abhankkar’s background score retains the thrilling aspect throughout the teaser.

The title ‘Karuppu’ literally translates ‘Black’ into English. The film will maintain the same name in its Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi versions at the time of its release.
Speaking about the actors of the film, in addition to Suria, it is also shown as a leading woman to Trisha Krishnan, who will re-meet with the actor after 20 years. Other stars shown in the film include Shishiva, Swasika, Indran, Yogi Babu, Natty Submenium, and more.
It is written and directed by RJ Balaji and produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the banner of Dream Warrier Pictures. The release date of the film is yet to be declared by the producers.
Suriya’s work in front
Well, Suria was last seen on-screen with Karthik Subbaraj’s retro this year, an average hit at the box office.
Apart from Karuppu in the pipeline, the actor also has Suria 46 with Venky Ataluri on the card. In this, Mamita Baiju is shown as a leading woman in front of her.
