Tamil singer-composer Anirudh Ravichender has postponed his upcoming concert in Chennai due to huge demand for tickets. The 34 -year -old artist was preparing for a demonstration in Thiruvidanthai on 26 July.
In a post on Instagram, Anirudh announced the adjournment of the show. “Dear Hukam family, due to incredible love and heavy demand, the Hukam Chennai concert set for July 26 is being postponed in Thiruvidanthai (SIC),” he captioned the post.
He said that the organizers are working towards achieving a large space to allow smooth entry and increased capacity.
“Thank you very much for your love and patience. We will come back soon – big, better, and loud! (SIC),” he concluded.
Fans have voiced their disappointment on small information. Anirudh assured the attendees that all ticket holders would receive their original payment method within 7-10 working days.
‘Hukam’ singer’s Chennai Stop made history, in which ‘Hukumtaur Grand Finale’ was being sold within 45 minutes. This marked a performance on the turf of his house. Prior to Chennai, his previous stop was on 1 June at Teraform Arena in Bengaluru.
Anirudh had previously postponed his Bangalore Stadium Concert, originally set up for 24 April, due to a terrorist attack in Pahgam.
