On Wednesday, the Reliance Infrastructure Board received Rs. 6,000 crore funds .It allowed the plan to do. Anil Ambani-Promote Company plans to raise funds through equity shares or equity linked instruments Qualified Institutional Byers (QIBS).

The company gave information about development through filing in exchanges. The decision was taken at a meeting held today after the market hours.

The company’s board also allowed secured/insecure, separate, non-convertible debentures up to Rs 3,000 crore, on the basis of private placement or otherwise, in one or more branches.

Apart from Reliance Infra, the Board of Reliance Power has paid Rs. 6,000 crore worth of funds .It allowed a plan to do or follow public offer fur modes. The latter board also allowed secured/insecure, separate, non-convertible debentures up to Rs 3,000 crore, on the basis of private placement or otherwise, in one or more branches.

Reliance Infra’s shares have been multibagger, registering 106% in the past one year. It has taken significantly the BSE Sensex and the Nifty, which is 2.5% and 2.4% respectively in the same period. In 2025, so far, the stock has got 25%.

Reliance Infrastructure Shares today ended the session at Rs 400.35 on the BSE, with Rs. 13.05 or 3.4%increased.

Reliance Power Shares are currently trading at Rs 349.4 and Rs 289.4, respectively, according to trendlin data above their 50-day and 200-day easy moving average (SMA). But the rally did not come without its volatility because the stock trades on a beta beta of 1.6.

Reliance Infra recorded a unified net profit of Rs 4,387 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company lost Rs 221 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2024.

In the previous financial year, Rs. The unified profit was 4,938 crore after tax for 2024-25 compared to a loss of Rs 1,609 crore.

Revenue from operations in March to March has dropped 12% to 4,108.01 crore. The company had registered Rs 4,685.96 crore from the operation during the year ago.

For the full 2024-25, the company registered a consolidated operating costing revenue of Rs 23,592 crore, which increased by 7% from Rs 22,067 crore in 2023-24.
