Travel Food Services IPO is set to open on Monday; GMP, Price Band, Check out other key details

The Mumbai -based travel food services are set to launch its early public offering running (IPO) on Monday, July 7, the issue closed on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

The IPO is the offer for sale by the Promoter Kapoor Family Trust, without fully issuing equity. Rs. The shareholder will go to the shareholder selling all income of 2,000 crore issues.

Anchor investors and GMP

Next to the public issue, the company allocated 54,43,635 equity shares on Friday, July 4, with anchor investors allocated Rs. 599 crore collected.

Significant anchor investors include ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Axis Mutual Fund, Kotak Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance, Fidelity, SBI General Insurance and Tata AIA Life Insurance.

The Gray Market Premium (GMP) for IPO is Rs 49-50, which indicates a potential list benefit of about 4% on the upper price band.

About Travel Food Services IPO

The company has a price band for IPOs for Rs. 1,045 has made Rs 1,100 per share. The issue is 100% offer fur for sale (OFS), no fresh equity has been issued.

Investors can put a bid in at least 13 equity shares and subsequent 13 multiplication.

According to the Offer Fur Structure, 50% of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs).

About the company

Encouraged by the UK -based SSP group PLC and Kapoor Family Trust, travel food services runs India’s largest airport food and lounge network, with 413 outlets, 384 located at the airport in 14 Indian cities. It also runs 37 airport lounge, including 28 private people, making it India’s largest lounge operator paralysis.

The company also works internationally at two airports in Malaysia and three in Hong Kong.

Traveling food services financial

In FY 25, travel food services increased profits by 5.4.4%.
