At the top of the price band, the IPO has value the company 121.15 crore. This amount will be used for capital costs and strategic acquisition with general corporate purposes.
Despite the size of the relatively small issues, the strong profitability of Rs 30 and the visible GMP indicates a promising start for S Alpha Tech when listed on Thursday.
