The mother starring Kajol in the lead role is holding well at the box office. The Mytho-Hourr Drama, directed by Vishal Furia, is found with mixed bag reactions, but managed to impress with its folklore and horror factor.
MAA watches reach near the mark of Rs 6.50 crore in 3 days, Rs 20 crore
Bangkarrol, MAA started his debut on his debut day with Rs 4.75 crore by Devgan Films and Panorama Studio. The film further made a good jump of 26% and collected Rs 6 crore on day 2. According to estimates, Myth-Herr Drama today saw another jump of 10% and added Rs 6.50 crore to Tally.
The total three -day cum of MAA is now Rs 17.25 crore at the Indian box office. Although it is an influential person for a Kajol starrer, the film could perform much better, it was opened for a luxurious word-mouth. Furthermore, no one can ignore that the manufacturers lured the audience with a resolution of one or two or two on tickets.
Ma’s actual test will begin on Monday. If the film manages to organize well and register a proper decline, it can watch for a long time at the box office.
Ma’s face is a difficult competition from Sitare land cross and F1 (Formula One)
Although Maa had better screens than Brad Pitt’s F1 (Formula One), it lagged behind. Kajol starrer faced a major dental by Aamir Khan’s holdover release, Sitare Zameen Par, which saw a 100% growth from his second Friday to the second Saturday.
It will be interesting to see how MAA performs further during the week. This will be a new competition since next week as Anurag Basu’s romantic drama, metro … in dino, is slapped to hit the screen on 4 July.
