Kannappa ticket price of Vishnu Manchu by Andhra Pradesh government increased by Rs 50
Actor Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Kannappa’ is scheduled to release on 27 June. Beyond its premiere, the Andhra Pradesh government has increased the standard ticket price across the state by Rs 50.

Actor Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Kannappa’ is set to hit theaters on 27 June. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the mythological epic opened advance booking on 25 June. Next to the release, the Andhra Pradesh government has approved the increase of Rs 50 in standard ticket prices for the film. A copy of the order has surfaced online.
In the official statement, the Andhra Pradesh government said, “Under the circumstances mentioned in reference 3, the government after carefully examining the request of Mr. M. Mohan Babu, for Messrs Twenty Four Frames Factory Private Limited,, for, ‘Screen’, (limited to high-class tickets), (limited to high-class tickets), (limited to high-class tickets), (limited to high-ranked tickets), GOMS.13, Home (General-A) (General-A) department above and above: Days: Days: Days and above: 07.03.2022, for a period of ten (10) days from the first release date of the film, in “Kannappa” at 27-06-2025,

Prior to ‘Kannappa’, the government had released a price hike on tickets for ‘Kubera’ by Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akini and Rashmika Mandanna, which was released on 20 June.
The upcoming mythological action drama has been acted in Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal as Lord Shiva and Parvati respectively. Mohan Babu played the role of Mahadev Shastri, in which Sarath Kumar appeared in a special role as Nathnathudu and Prabhas Rudra.
‘Kannappa’ is inspired by the legend of Kannappa by Hindu mythology. The story follows a hunter and non-confident Thinandu, which eventually turns into a dedicated follower of Lord Shiva.
